waist trimmer

So I wore this waist trimmer everyday for 2 weeks. It is flexible and allows for more movements than I expected. The only discomfort was the plastic Velcro kinda of rubbed my skin. I have not seen any major changes in the size of my waist but I will continue wearing it and hope for the best.
